He began his career in investment banking and M&A before spending over 15 years working with venture-backed startups. As a serial entrepreneur, Tyler has founded and operated multiple companies across software and hospitality. At Lasair, his focus is on creating a more thoughtful, elevated patient experience—one that integrates technology, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of what patients value most. His vision is to move beyond the traditional medspa model and build a clinic where every detail is designed with intention.
