Before & After Your Visit
Before your KTP laser treatment, arrive with clean skin free of makeup, moisturizer, or sunscreen. A topical numbing cream may be recommended to improve comfort during treatment, and multiple sessions may be needed depending on the concern being treated.
After treatment, temporary redness or mild swelling may occur, particularly around sensitive areas such as the eyes. Use a gentle healing cream as directed and apply cool compresses to reduce swelling if needed. Avoid irritation and contact your provider if you experience blistering, worsening swelling, or unexpected side effects.
