How JUVÉDERM® is used at Lasair
JUVÉDERM® is used to restore volume and support facial structure as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. It is appropriate for patients experiencing volume loss, contour changes, or deeper lines associated with aging. By utilizing hyaluronic acid, the treatment provides hydration while supporting underlying tissue for improved balance and proportion.
Results are visible shortly after treatment, with minimal interruption to daily activity. At Lasair, JUVÉDERM® is used selectively and strategically, with volume introduced gradually and reassessed over time. Maintenance treatments are incorporated as needed to preserve balance as facial structure continues to evolve.

Before & After Your Visit
Before your filler appointment, arrive with clean skin and avoid alcohol, aspirin, NSAIDs, fish oil, vitamin E, and other blood-thinning supplements for at least one week prior to treatment unless medically necessary. Inform your provider of any medications, blood thinners, or medical conditions that may increase bruising or swelling risk.
After treatment, temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, or soreness at the injection sites may occur and can last several days. Avoid strenuous exercise, heat exposure, alcohol, and excessive sun exposure for the first 24 hours to minimize swelling and irritation. Cool compresses and Arnica may help reduce bruising, and makeup can typically be applied later the same day if the skin is intact.
