Age & Sunspot Removal

Age spots, also known as sun spots, are flat discolored spots on the skin.  Typically, tan, or brown, these spots appear on areas that have the most sun exposure such as the face, neck, forearms and hands.  The pigment producing cells in the skin (called melanocytes) are activated with ultraviolet rays from the sun.  Age spots are not cancerous but you may be at more risk of cancer if you have sun spots.

Lasair has developed very effective treatments to treat age spots. Depending upon skin type, the number of age spots, size and amount of discoloration, treatments are specifically tailored for your needs. These treatments may include a combination of KTP or Fraxel lasers, chemical peels and skincare products that work synergistically to diminish your age spots.
