7 Tips for Healthy Skin

Physical exercise

It helps keep your skin firm. If you don’t have the best physical condition try to go for a daily walk to stimulate your blood circulation. Not only will you tone your muscles, but you will feel great. If you don’t have time for a walk, try some invigorating indoor exercises in the morning.

Pamper your body

Every time before entering the shower, stimulate the sebaceous glands by dry massaging the skin. Do this by using circular movements. Proceed to the warm shower, hydrate your skin and apply your favorite moisturizer afterwards.
